  1. Describe the characteristics of the horticultural industry, horticultural systems and develop a case study horticultural business.
  2. Develop an organisational chart, with an explanation of the structure, for a horticultural business.
  3. Be able to review or develop a horticultural business mission statement for relevance of strategy, purpose and goal setting
