CBRE Trevor Kitchin Memorial Scholarship Rural Land and Property

The CBRE Trevor Kitchin Scholarship is specifically aimed at assisting rural talent in LU property studies while memorialising Trevor and his immense contribution to the rural property industry.

CBRE (including Telfer Young from CBRE) employs over 390 people across 19 locations in New Zealand providing the full range of real estate services including valuation, agency, agri-services, debt and equity, property management, research, building depreciation & cost consultancy, structured transactions & advisory services and marketing.

CBRE has established this scholarship to encourage and reward excellence for students wishing to make a career in the rural land and property industry sector.

Availability

  • Applicants who have successfully passed their first 18 months of study towards the Bachelor of Land and Property Management degree with a rural specialisation.
  •  Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  •  Applicants must be able to demonstrate a preference for a career in the rural land and property sector.
