What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Apply appropriate valuation methodology across various property types.
  2. Prepare a valuation report that complies with valuation standards.
  3. Identify, validate and analyse the relevant data necessary to successfully complete a valuation assignment.
  4. Evaluate the legal and statutory interest’s in a property being valued.
